The FTX-FIT comes with a softer, grippier, fitness wheel making for a bit more comfortable ride, great for cruising the bike paths. The FTX is equipped with high-performance ABEC 5 bearings.
The concept behind StreetSki is that the extended length of the frame adds stability, while the two center wheels act as a pivoting point for carving turns.
And, the fully-flexible frame greatly reduces vibration over varied terrain. In addition, the use of ski boots allows for the same “skier stance” as when snow skiing, thus placing similar emphasis to ski-specific muscle groups.
